1. What about the oil painting quality?

All of our canvas printings are printed by Advanced Japanese Printer( Epson / Roland ), with environmental-friendly inject and quality waterproof cotton fiber canvas.

2. Which kind of inks do you use?

The inks we use are all eco-friendly, there are waterproof eco-solvent ink or water-based eco-solvent ink to be chose, the prints prined with water-based ink is cheaper.

3. How to place an order?

For making an order, you just need to send us the pictures with the specifications(size, quantity, wrapping method, on which kind of canvas, if need to be stretched or not) and tell us the receivers' address, then we'll calculate the total cost for you. After the payment done, we'll arrange print work and send them out directly to you or your customers.

You could send the pictures to our email ( directly, or upload them to Dropbox(, and then let us know the download link.

4. Which kind of canvas to be printed the pictures?

The pictures could be printed on polyester canvas, cotton canvas or cotton&poly canvas.  But cotton canvas printing effect is more closer to hand-made oil painting.

5. What's the difference between cotton and polyester canvas?

The grain of polyester canvas is more smooth than cotton canvas, it's more bright and more suitable for colorful pictures.

6. How do you pack and ship our ordered canvas prints and oil paintings?


Stretched Painting:

A piece of thin plastic film is used to protect each panel paintings, and with corner protection. A whole set of painting is packed in one carton with hanging accessories.

Unstretched Painting:
Rolled with PVC tube or Carton Columnar and contained in paper box or plastic air bubble pad


The shipping terms we offered are: Sea Cargo, Air express ( DHL / Fedex / USPS / ePacket / China Post).

Large Order and with Stretcher: Sea Cargo
Small Order and unstretched: DHL / Fedex / USPS / ePacket / China Post
(For small order, it's suggested to order unstretched paintings)

Meanwhile, you need to tell us your detailed information: your full name, your detailed address, Zip Code and you contact number.

We inform you of the delivery agency and tracking number for your convenient shipping checking.

7. Are the prices shipping cost included?

The prices are not including the shipping cost, please contact us for exact quotation.

8. Which countries do you ship to?

We could ship our products to most of the coutries in the world.

9. How long can I get my canvas printing?

From the time you approve your order, it takes 2-4 business days for production and then 4-7 business days for standard shipping or 3-4 business days for rush shipping.
*Tips: large order will take more processing time.

10. I need my canvas by a certain date, what do I do?

If you need your canvas by a certain date indicate it n the notes section of your order. If the date is particularly soon you may need to add rush shipping to ensure it arrives in time. Either way contact us at with your order number after you place your order to confirm details.

11. Can I trace my order?

Of course. Delivery agency and tracking number will be informed for your convenient shipment checking.

12. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

What we accepted payment methods are PayPal, Western Union, T/T.

13.  Do you accept individual orders?

Yes, we accept any orders from any customers.

14. Could you do custom sizes?

Yes, any custom sizes are acceptable.

15. Is there MOQ requested.

No, there is no MOQ requested, you could order just one prints at one time.

16. What image formats do you accept for printing?

You could send the images in JPEG, TIFF, PDF, GIF or PNG formats.

17. Could you do edition work for our images?

Yes, our technician could do the edition work per your request.

18. Do you offer canvas sizes any bigger or smaller than the options on your website?

19. I'm not sure if my image is copyrighted or not, what happens if it is?

Sorry. Please make sure your image is not copyrighted before you send to us.

20. Do you offer me with free sample?

We're so sorry for not offering free sample. But the sample fee would be reimbursed when you place new orders.

21. Do you offer discount?

Yes, from time to time. Especially for long-term clients, we have special discount policy. Please send email to us if there is a wholesale order.  E-mail:

5% off orders of $500 and up
10% off orders of $5000 and up
15% off orders of $10000 and up
20% off orders of $20000 and up

22. Are the prints safe during shipping?

Yes. we will pack them carefully and security.And we only cooperate with reliable express company(DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT, USPS, EMS). Also, we could buy insurance for your goods if you need.

23. How do you deal with the case that if we are not satisfied with the paintings?

First, we will do our upmost to avoid this kind of case. If it does occur, we have solutions as followings:

1) We will make modifications and refund some of the total amount until the customer is satisfied with the painting, if the problem can be solved by making modifications.
2) We offer 14 days money back guarantee. That is, you can get all of your money back within 14 days if the problem can't be solved. Bu we promise this kind of case won't occur.

All in all, we can reach an agreement to minimize our mutual loss.

25. Will the privacy and copyright be safe?

No worries. We are committed to protect your privacy and copyright. We've been in canvas printing business for many years, we do not sell or share our customer's information in any way.

26.  What's the wrapping method for the stretched prints?

We could do stretched prints with mirror border wrapping, color border wrapping and full image wrapping.

27. How do I care for my canvas?

To maintain & increase the lifespan of your canvas, do not expose to continuous, strong sunlight or moisture. Do not clean with a wet/damp cloth; a light vacuum with the brush attachment will get rid of any dust on the surface. Even though we use a water-resistant canvas it is not 100% waterproof.

28. I cancelled my order, why haven't I seen a refund on my credit card?

It can take up to 7-10 business days for a refund to process through your credit card company. Please contact us for more information.
